What we can guarantee

We at Verdetax.eu guarantee that we will do our best to arrange any income tax or income tax or VAT refund due for our customers. Cancellation of Services

Our clients are aware that if they wish to cancel their application(s) they must contact Verdetax.eu immediately and they will be able to withdraw from the requested services at no cost as long as no tax return has been submitted, otherwise will have to pay a cancellation fee to Verdetax.eu . Furthermore, although Verdetax.eu will make every effort to download a client application in such a scenario, this may not be possible.
VerdeTax reserves the right to refuse/terminate service to customers who exhibit particularly rude and arrogant behavior towards company representatives, whether by phone, text chat or live, regardless of the territory of any country.
VerdrTax reserves the right to refuse/terminate service to aggressive customers and those who insult, threaten or damage in any way the prestige of the company, representatives and employees of the company, regardless of the territory of which country.

Effective exclusions from our tax refund responsibilities

If there are changes or updates after active communication with the tax authorities, it is the responsibility of Verdetax.eu to inform its customers of everything that is new to them in order to ensure the best service and transparency, and it is necessary to use such channels to ensure of active communication and understanding.

Agreement

When registering for our services at Verdetax.eu, our clients receive a package of documents, including an Agreement, to ensure that all Terms and Conditions are clear, understandable and officially signed and approved by our clients.
